FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a device for levelling a layer of flax stems. Device comprises working member performing oscillating movement and made in form of endless belt, having elastic properties, front driving and rear driven pulleys are cylindrical and rotating at constant speed, and oscillations of the working branch of the endless belt set two or more synchronously rotating activators of the roller type, the first one - at the beginning of the levelling zone after the driving pulley, and the last one - at the end of this zone before the driven pulley. At that, working branches of conveyors for movement of layer of stems perform relative to this layer oscillatory reciprocating movements in direction perpendicular to layer of stems, under action of several synchronously rotating activators of roller type. Oscillator working vibrations and oscillations of working branches of conveyors to move stem layer have in space and time identical values of frequencies and same values of periods, and phases of their oscillations are offset relative to each other by half of period.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to reduce stretching of stems in the layer and to increase efficiency of flax fibre levelling agents.
