SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic limited slip differential assembly and driving axle with said assembly. Automatic differential assembly comprises large differential case, small differential casing, left casing, right casing, differential shafts, half-axle gears, planetary conical toothed gears, sealing rings of bevel gears and friction plates. Driving axle with limited slip differential assembly comprises drive axle assembly, left axle, right half-axle and main transmission power train subassembly. Automatic limited slip differential assembly comprises a combination of two shafts coupled on latches, is equipped with multiple sets of inner and outer toothed spline friction disks.
EFFECT: improved reliability.
