Gateway comprises at least one plug contact for connection of gateway to air conditioning device and/or component of vehicle, receiving device for receiving configuration data for selection of gateway connector configuration, a configuration circuit associated with a plug-in contact which is configured to use the configuration data as a base for switching between at least one first plug-in switching state, wherein the plug-in contact is configured to perform a first function, and at least one second plug-in contact switching state, wherein the plug-in contact is configured to perform a second function.

EFFECT: technical result is modernization of air conditioning device by means of gateway, which helps to easily and quickly install various air conditioning devices in various vehicles.
