FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. System for reading vehicle parameters through diagnostics port, in particular OBD detachable connection of vehicle, comprises connecting unit and gateway for establishment of communication with vehicle air conditioning device. Connecting unit comprises connector and branching feeder. Connector has a plug-in side with first contacts for connection to the diagnostics port and a connection side with second contacts for connection to the diagnostics device. Branching feeder is made in form of bidirectional communication line and communicatively connected to gateway. Vehicle comprises said system. Method for upgrading air conditioning device in vehicle comprises steps of: installing components of air conditioning device in vehicle; diagnostics port is connected to air conditioning device in diagnostics port.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the system for reading parameters.
