SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene and can be used as a multifunctional facility for complex sanitary-hygienic procedures. Device comprises a housing with sectionally distributed operating subsystems arranged in the form of separate successively installed replaceable modules, operating using remote sensors without contact, realizing hygienic treatment of surfaces, including water treatment with possible alternate use of detergents and disinfectants. Housing is equipped with means for connection to source of uninterrupted water supply, supplied to one of replaceable modules, which are equipped with command and actuating mechanisms for distribution of consumable components outside, realized by action of central programmable control unit, controlling and determining preset mode and operation peculiarities of plug-in modules in combination and separately.

EFFECT: higher quality of hygienic procedures, as well as higher efficiency of using consumed resources, saving consumption of their consumption.
