FIELD: video equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control system based on video analytics and can be used for sanitary control, for example, at food manufacturers. Sanitary control system contains a face recognition camera, an action recognition camera, a blocking device, an industrial computer, which with the help of a neural network functioning on it performs video image analysis. In the corner of view, the face recognition camera and the action recognition camera are located a washstand with a soap dispenser, a processing unit for the hands and a shoe soles processing system, wherein the industrial computer is connected to the blocking device to control the blocking and unlocking of the blocking device.
EFFECT: system provides identification of personnel and its automated passage to closed areas only if a regulated set of actions is performed without the need for the personnel to be provided with any identification devices.
