FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aircraft traction control system and method, a computer-readable data medium containing instructions for realizing the method. Traction control system comprises side wind speed measurement sensor and control unit of smooth thrust increase. To implement the method, the side wind speed is measured when taxiing an aircraft and compared to a range of threshold values, smoothly increasing thrust during takeoff when finding values of speed of side wind within range of threshold values, switching off mode of traction increase at value of side wind speed is lower than lower value of range and include full mode of smooth increase in traction, if it is above range.
EFFECT: longer service life of the aircraft engine due to possibility of its thrust adjustment.
