FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dynamic testing of articles for strength, namely, to stands for carrying out tests of cruciform specimens at their static and cyclic loading. Test bench for static and cyclic tests of cruciform specimens comprises a frame on which a biaxial loading device is mounted, containing located on mutually perpendicular axes, at angle of 90°, four grippers for installation of a cross-shaped sample, each of which is connected to the power unit to create a biaxial loading, each of which comprises a cyclic loading means and a statistical loading means on a cross-shaped sample, an ultrasonic flaw detector connected to at least two ultrasonic sensors, installed on both sides of cross-shaped sample, and test chamber for arrangement of cross-shaped sample, in which various operating conditions are simulated. Frame is made in the form of a square or a ring. Test chamber is a climatic chamber for testing at low temperatures or a corrosion chamber for testing in working media with different contents of corrosion-active components. Cyclic loading facility is made in the form of a hydropulsator. Statistical load means is made in the form of an electromechanical cylinder.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention is expansion of functional capabilities of used equipment by creating test bench, providing selection of optimum versions of sheet metal material, welding materials, welding technology at the stage of designing, repair and reconstruction of vertical tanks.
