FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to infectious diseases and nephrology, and can be used for early differential diagnosis of haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome from other infectious and non-infectious diseases. Fever, haemorrhagic and urinary syndromes are evaluated. Ultrasonic elastometry of the kidneys is performed to determine stiffness of their parenchyma. If the stiffness of renal parenchyma is less than 16 kPa in combination with the presence of febrile, haemorrhagic, urinary syndromes, a haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is stated, and if stiffness is 16 kPa or more, absence of fever, haemorrhagic, urinary syndromes, makes a conclusion on absence of haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of differential diagnostics of haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
