METHOD OF PRODUCING MINERALIZER BASED ON CALCIUM FLUORIDE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C01F11/02 C04B7/42

Abstract RU 2736038 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, in particular – to processing wastes of chemical industry, in particular – to production of mineralizer based on calcium fluoride, used as an additive to raw mixtures during production of cement clinker. Method of producing mineralizer based on calcium fluoride involves mixing main component with calcium-containing reagent, obtaining finished product, main component used is calcium fluoride sludge, which is a phosphoric acid production wastes, and the calcium-containing reagent used is either unslaked lime or calcium sulphate hemihydrate or dihydrate, wherein during mixing, the main component is mixed with a calcium-containing reagent to obtain a finished product in form of a homogeneous plastic mass, wherein the ratio of the main component to the calcium-containing reagent is 1:(0.5–1.0), and content in the finished product of calcium fluoride is not less than 20 %, water content is not more than 43 %, and acidity is not lower than 7.0.

EFFECT: technical result is production of mineralizer based on calcium fluoride in form of plastic mass with neutralizing and dehydrating properties, providing a low hazard class, and suitable for granulation or pelletizing.
