FIELD: shaping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of waste from enterprises of the chemical industry, in particular, to production of pellets from calcium fluoride, used as an additive to raw mixtures in production of cement clinker. The initial mass in the form of calcium fluoride sludge, constituting a waste product of phosphoric acid production, is granulated forming drops with a volume of 0.5 to 8.2 cm³ in the form, treated by spraying with lime milk at a 10% concentration in an amount of 3 to 5% of the mass of the calcium fluoride sludge. An additional ingredient - calcium sulphate semihydrate - is introduced in an amount of 33 to 52% of the mass of the calcium fluoride sludge, introduced by powdering resulting in production of pellets with a gypsum shell. The resulting pellets are dried at a temperature of 100 to 150°C.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of strong pellets with a neutral level of acidity and a low hazard class.
