SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, pharmacology and veterinary medicine, specifically to a method of producing chloramphenicol nanocapsules in gellan gum. Method is characterized in that chloramphenicol powder is added to suspension of gellan gum in petroleum ether and 0.01 g of preparation E472c used as a surfactant while stirring at 800 rpm, then cyclohexane is added, the obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried, wherein the weight ratio of core: shell in nanocapsules is 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables producing chloramphenicol nanocapsules using a simple technique.
