FIELD: pipeline valves.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves, particularly to wellhead accessories, and can be used in oil and gas industry. Gate valve comprises housing with main flanges, housing is closed on both sides and having discharge valves for filling internal cavities with lubricant by lower and upper covers with inner cavities, in which interacting with seats installed in bores of main flanges, gate, controlled, through non-movable spindle sealed with respect to top cover, with actuator equipped with gate position indicator. On the seats there is a shield to close working surfaces of the gate. Shield covers the full perimeter of the gate, and the space between the shield and the wall of the inner cavity of the body and covers is filled with open-cell material, which is resistant to the conducted medium. Shield is made of perforated parts.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of consumer properties of gate valve due to prolonged serviceability without replenishment of internal cavities with lubricant.
