SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry and can be used as wellhead shut-off valves of oil and gas pipelines, vessels and other means for tight shutoff of flow section. Gate valve has housing with coaxial stepped through holes, internal cylindrical bore perpendicular to through holes, mounting flanges, seats, flat gate with nut and drive screw. Guide inserts installed in the cylindrical bore of the casing are pressed with the upper lid, in which there is a gland assembly, which is adjusted with a pressure nut. Drill bits are locked through the groove through the groove. Pressure valve is installed, in the upper part of the housing there is a crown nut with a bearing unit, on the outer end of which there is a latch-type indicator of position of a slide lobe which is made from an elastic material and has no hidden cavities. Accurate matching of axes of stem passages and holes in gate in Open position is provided by adjusting ring adjustment. Lubrication of the bearing assembly is carried out through a lubricating nipple installed in a crown-shaped nut fixed by a locking screw. To exclude ingress of atmospheric precipitation in upper part of crown nut there is a sealing element.

EFFECT: technical problem, solution of which is claimed invention, is improvement of serviceability due to exclusion of possibility of accumulation of mechanical impurities and salts in cavity for slide valve movement, increased repairability by installation of replaceable guides with specified antifriction characteristics.
