FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes rubber mixtures which contain at least one rubber, with the exception of silicone rubber, silotran, which is CH₃-CH₂-CH₂-Si(-O-CH₂-CH₂-)₃N in amount of 0.1 to 8 pts. wt. in terms of 100 pts. wt used rubber, filler and, if necessary, ingredients used in rubber mixtures. Such rubber mixtures are prepared by mixing together at least one rubber and said silotran. Also, use of alkylsilotrans of general formula (I), G-Si(-O-CX¹X²-CX¹X³-)₃N (I), in rubber mixtures as secondary accelerators.

EFFECT: invention provides for rubber compounds during preparation and/or vulcanization of which there is no toxic aniline, wherein the rubber mixtures have a longer incubation period (values of t₁₀, t₂₀), high density of the polymer mesh and low Mooney viscosity.
