FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rubber mixture, a method for preparation thereof, as well as to use thereof. Rubber mixture contains (a) at least one rubber, with the exception of silicone rubber, chloroprene rubber, bromobutyl rubber, fluorine-containing rubber and nitrile rubber, (b) at least one silane of formula CH₃(CH₂)₁₄CH₂-Si(-O-CH₂-CH₃)₃, CH₃(CH₂)₆CH₂-Si(-O-CH₂-CH₃)₃, CH₃CH₂CH₂-Si(-O-CH₂-CH₃)₃, CH₃(CH₂)₁₄CH₂-Si(-O-CH₃)₃, CH₃(CH₂)₆CH₂-Si(-O-CH₃)₃, CH₃CH₂CH₂-Si(-O-CH₃)₃, phenyl-Si(-O-CH₂-CH₃)_3, phenyl-Si(-O-CH₃)₃, CH₂=CH-CH₂-Si(-O-CH₂-CH₃)₃ or CH₂=CH-CH₂-Si(-O-CH₃)₃, (c) at least one amine compound selected from a group comprising triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine and [HO-CH(phenyl)CH₂]₃N, and (d) at least one bifunctional silane, which is thiosilane. Such rubber mixtures are prepared by mixing together rubber, silane (b), amine compound and bifunctional silane. Described also is use of rubber mixtures to produce molded articles.

EFFECT: technical result is providing a rubber mixture, which during vulcanization does not release, in contrast to rubber mixtures with known guanidinium accelerators, toxic aniline, respectively, its derivatives, and in versions without diphenylguanidine have more steep curve of vulcanization, better processability (Mooney viscosity), longer incubation period (values t₁₀, t₂₀), shorter duration of vulcanization until complete vulcanization (value t₉₀) and improved vulcanizate gain.
