FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to determination of failures of electromechanical locks of parcel automat cells. Disclosed is a system for controlling electromechanical locks of parcel automat cells, characterized by that it comprises a processor control unit, which is connected to the system power supply unit from a centralized power supply network and from independent uninterruptible power supply source at disconnection of electric power supply from centralized network, with unit for receiving and transmitting signals in remote wireless communication mode and with the electromechanical locks functional state control units, which are controllers on the processor base, each of which is made with the electromechanical lock control function of the separate parcel automat cell, made with the door, opened by solenoid electromechanical lock, on door of cell or on front panel of parcel automat there is a display and a code holder for generating a code for opening the door when the dialled code matches an access code corresponding to that cell, and inside the cell there is an open/closed door sensor and a sensor in the cell of the object, connected to the controller on the processor base, each controller on the processor base having a function of periodically sending a control signal in the form of pulses with duration of not more than 2 ms for current supply of not more than 1–3 mA through the solenoid coil of the lock, supplied with the closed cell door to the solenoid of the lock, and determining at this moment of maximum current and minimum voltage to determine presence of short circuit and breakage of solenoid winding and actuation of lock on door locking, and is made with measurement function at moment of cell opening through equal time intervals of current values flowing through lock solenoid winding, and supply voltage for disconnection of said lock at preset value of current value, as well as measurement of time from the beginning of power supply to the solenoid coil winding until the sensor actuation of the open cell door.
EFFECT: technical result is control of electromechanical parcel automat cell locks.
