The automated luggage room system has a single central control desk and a great number of section control desks connected with the aid of coupling lines to a single network. The system is provided with special members, making it possible in extreme cases arising because of failures in operation of its members or at a loss of the user identifier code, to open the section compartments without reduction of the general level of protection of the things. EFFECT: elimination of the process of search for a vacant compartment located in a section place convenient for the user in the presence of a hand load, no necessity to have coins or counters, organization of multiple access to the things in the period of paid time, using only the key-identifier possessed by the user. 3 cl, 11 dwg
