FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and devices for thermal decontamination of wastes with production of energy. Proposed device comprises oxidation reactor equipped with loading device, unloading compartment, burner unit, heating element and temperature transducer. Oxygen station and a compressor station are connected to the oxidation reactor via check valves, and a pressure tap line is connected to the oxidation reactor. Pressure oxidation valve and pressure transducer are arranged at oxidation reactor and pressure drain lines. Safety valve is installed at the end of the pressure drain line opposite the place of connection to the reactor. On the pressure drain line through the regulating valves there mounted are heat exchangers, each of which contains a vacuum heat exchanger, a pressure sensor and a vacuum pump. Heat exchangers are connected to each other and to the condensate storage container by the cooled liquid pipeline. Cooling radiator equipped with air cooling fans is connected to the pipeline through a circulating pump. Device is equipped with a valve box unit for automatic control of valves.
EFFECT: achieved technical result consists in complete decomposition of fuel in oxidation reactor and obtaining heat energy, as well as complete absence of emissions of oxidation / combustion products into atmosphere.
