HYDRAULIC CONNECTOR Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F16L37/28

Abstract RU 2736366 C1

FIELD: astronautics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, in particular, to docking devices of spacecrafts for connection and disconnection of main lines by transfer of fuel components from tanks of one device to tanks of another vehicle during their docking in orbit. Hydraulic hose contains mating branch pipes, inlet branch pipe located on active part, and outlet branch pipe is on passive part, an active bellows connected to the first pin, on which the first separator, the first set of disk springs, the first bushing and the first set of sealing cups, which are pressed into an integral whole by the first nut, screwed to the first pin through the first ring, are installed, a first pin, on one side fixed in interconnected by screws active half-couplings, into the end of which the compression spring is resting, the second end of which is thrust against the active bushing installed on outer diameter of the first flange, connected by threaded connection by screws to the pusher, active half-couplings installed in active support, active limiter installed with possibility of movement in active housing slot, outlet branch pipe connected through passive bellows with catcher, fixed in interconnected passive half-couplings and in second flange, into which passive bushes with installed in them sleeves with passive springs are screwed, passive half-couplings installed in passive support with passive limiter installed in it, installed with possibility of movement in slot of passive housing, thrust bushing, front end of which is thrust against outlet pipe end, and rear end is pressed by third flange through lock nut, third flange, connected with passive housing by screws. Hydraulic opening includes second pin connected by means of active bellows to first pin, on outer surface of second pin there is a second separator with balls in contact with second set of disc springs, a second bushing and a second set of sealing cups, pressed into an integral whole by a second nut, screwed on the second pin through the second ring, and enveloped by walls of the inlet branch pipe installed in the guide, contacting with its inner cylindrical surface, and guide is fixed by screws on active housing, wherein along guide and active housing a rack is installed.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of reliability with provision of tightness of main line for pumping of fuel components.
