FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves, characterized by high parameters of the working environment. Direct-acting safety valve consists of a body, an inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle in which a channel is made, and a saddle, a shutter, a bellows connected to the shutter and the glass are installed in the body. Effective area of the bellows exceeds the area of the gate, which allows for reliable opening. Glass is attached to the valve body with a yoke. Stand is mounted on the yoke. Inside the stand, a bellows chamber is formed by means of two bellows coupled to the gate, the bellows having a different effective area. Bellows chamber is connected by a pipeline with the outlet pipe. Cover is fixed on the rack, inside of which is placed a package of cup springs and an adjusting screw.
EFFECT: use of the claimed direct-action safety valve provides passive (without energy supply from the outside) actuation (opening-closing), increases the reliability of actuation with given parameters, provides high accuracy of actuation.
