FIELD: locks; doors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to door lock, having locking element (1) for locking door (3) in closed state and fastening element (2) for attachment of locking element (1) to door (3). Fastening element (2) has adjusting device to compensate for various door thicknesses. At that, the compensating device has at least one gently sloping inclined section, which when fastening element (2) is turned from the mounting position to the locking position interacts with locking element (1) of the blocking element. Invention also discloses a method of fastening a blocking element on a door by means of a fastening element and a door with a locking device.
EFFECT: providing the design of door lock, which is installed with possibility of variation due to adjustment of compensating device for compensation of various thicknesses of door and possibility of simple and quick dismantling.
