FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport containers, particularly, to containers intended for transportation of loose and piece cargoes. Loose cargo container comprises a housing formed by a base, side and end walls, angular fittings, a double-leaf door fixed in a closed position by means of locking devices made in the form of vertical rod locks installed on door leaves and fixed on upper and lower horizontal beams limiting the door opening. Handles are fixed on rods of locks, by means of which rods are turned. Along the vertical edge of the first door leaf closest to the adjacent leaf, two hold-down pads are fixed from above and from below, projecting beyond the edge of the first door leaf and resting against the second leaf when the door leaves are closed. Two guides for rods of each lock are fixed on leaves at a distance from each other, at that handles of rods of locks are located below the level of location of lower guides for rods of locks. On the first door leaf along the edge closest to the adjacent leaf, at a distance of not more than 10 cm from the edge, a vertical reinforcing rod is installed, distance from the reinforcing rod to the outer surface of the first door leaf is not more than 5 cm, the reinforcing rod is installed in the guides, the upper end of the reinforcing rod is fixed in the first fixed bushing rigidly fixed on the upper horizontal beam limiting the door opening. Lower end of the reinforcing rod with the closed door leaves is located at the level above the handle of the closest rod of the lock, but not above the lower guide of the said rod, the guides for the reinforcement rod are installed along the edge of the first leaf, wherein the number of guides for the reinforcing rod is at least four. Handle is connected to the reinforcing rod, by means of which the longitudinal movement of the reinforcing rod is provided. When the door leaves are closed, the handle is located above the second door leaf and is fixed relative to it, connection of the handle with the reinforcing rod is provided by means of a movable bushing installed on the reinforcing rod with possibility of longitudinal movement along the reinforcing rod and with possibility of rotation around it. Handle is rigidly connected to the movable bushing located on the section of the reinforcing rod, limited by two annular locking elements fixed on the reinforcing rod and preventing its exit through the guides closest to the specified section. Length of the section between the annular locking elements of the reinforcing rod is at least 2 times greater than the length of the movable bushing, distance from the lower annular locking element to the nearest below guide reinforcing bar is selected from the condition of providing the upper end of the reinforcing rod from the first fixed bushing when the lower annular locking element rests on the nearest downstream guide of the reinforcing rod. At the lower end of the reinforcing rod, an end locking element is fixed, which prevents the reinforcing rod from coming out through the lower guide, closed position of door leaves corresponds to position whereat upper end of reinforcing rod is located in first fixed bushing and handle is fixed.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the container, increasing ease of use.
