SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cosmetology. Transdermal transfer enhancers system contains dimethylsulphoxide and pyrrolidone carboxylate of sodium, wherein ratio of components in wt%: dimethylsulphoxide - 0.01-0.05, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate (NaPCA) - 1-2.5, water - the rest. What is also disclosed is a cosmetic composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables penetration of biologically active substances through the stratum corneum of the epidermis into the dermis without injuring the skin with preservation of skin moisturisation and fast recovery of the skin barrier after application.
