SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of engines and propellers used on vehicles, as well as for creation of directed flow of liquid or gas in devices in different fields of equipment. To convert centrifugal force into jet force of traction, continuous supply of working medium into hollow chamber, namely swirling of working medium flow by means of impeller and working medium ejection through sectoral opening in chamber into environment in radial direction perpendicular to rotational axis of impeller.

EFFECT: effective conversion of centrifugal force to jet thrust force is achieved.
