FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, for example VTOL aircraft and pertains to methods of designing engines and propulsors for ground, water, air and space crafts. To this end, proposed device comprises one working disk filled with fluid, it central part being furnished with bore. Vertical tube are arranged along disk outer wall for fluid to pour out in disk rotation, while disk rotation drive allows separation of said disk from the engine.
EFFECT: efficient use of centrifugal force.
