FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, to construction structures as a whole and is intended, in particular, for group weldless connection of longitudinal rod reinforcement at installation of adjacent enlarged reinforced moulding blocks of complex technical objects from monolithic reinforced concrete. Method of group weldless connection of longitudinal rod reinforcement during installation of enlarged reinforced moulding blocks of complex technical objects from monolithic reinforced concrete, characterized by using pre-prepared steel connecting thrust racks with cyclically regular system of one-sided recesses for connected rods of the reinforcement; when making reinforced moulding blocks, a part of connecting racks is used as assembly conductors when laying rod reinforcement in project position; all counter reinforcing bars of adjacent reinforced moulding blocks have mutual transverse offset by half of corresponding rod pitch; to provide skew-symmetric paired grouping of rods at joint on each side of it, opposite rods of adjacent reinforced moulding blocks through one in staggered order are made shorter by joint width; cylindrical thread is arranged on the ends of the connected reinforcement rods, to the end of which the primary lock nuts are screwed in advance; for fixation of rack-conductors at stage of reinforced moulding block manufacturing and at lifting-and-transport operations with it counter-lock nuts are installed; during the next reinforced moulding block installation to the design position its final adjustment damping is applied in the direction from the block plane; for transverse fixation of reinforcement rods in the joint, opposite lock nuts are weakened and another part of the connecting racks is installed "in-lock" to the previously installed conductor racks – racks-catchers; on free ends of jointed rods opposite lock nuts clamped joint until exclusion of inter-element gaps.
EFFECT: provision of equal strength and equidistance of joints of longitudinal rod reinforcement, increased durability of especially dangerous and complex technical facilities at normal and special combinations of loads and impacts.
