FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes manufacturing of metal frames of reinforcement blocks in a conductor with usage of reinforcement fixators. Frames are positioned on a construction site, and protrusions of reinforcement of joined frames of adjacent armoured blocks are connected by couplings. Manufacturing of the metal frame of armoured blocks in a conductor is carried out using three-coordinate fixators, the length of which is at least three diameters of reinforcement rods, and the reinforcement is fixed in them with rapid-hardening plastic. On joined faces of adjacent armoured blocks they install three responsive units of a system of zero forced basing spaced in the plane of faces, and armoured blocks are positioned by combination of responsive units of forced basing. Connection of reinforcement protrusions of armoured blocks may be carried out by cylindrical threaded couplings, having eccentric compensators of misalignment, and also previously cooled in liquid gas. Besides, for connection of reinforcement protrusions it is possible to use clamping cylindrical couplings, by fixation of reinforcement with the help of captive hydraulic grips. In another particular case it is proposed to fix the position of reinforcement rod protrusions in couplings by means of quick-hardening plastic or with the help of welding.
EFFECT: invention may be used to increase stiffness of manufactured armoured blocks, accuracy of their positioning during assembly on a construction site, to simplify assembly of building reinforcement structures and to increase its quality.
