SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of forming a permanent connection between two sections of fibrous material, as well as to a section of fibrous material enclosed in a matrix of thermosetting resin. Method of forming a permanent connection between two sections of fibrous material enclosed in a thermosetting resin matrix, where each section contains fiber band tape ends, includes application of two sections and exposure of superimposed ultrasonic welding sections to form permanent connection between two sections. At that, there is no significant change of glass transition temperature Tg of fibrous material, enclosed in a thermosetting resin matrix in the permanent bond region, and where the permanent joint thickness is from 50 to 150 % of the average thickness of each of the two superimposed sections prior to their application.
EFFECT: providing an article with more homogeneous properties after the material being laid, pressed and solidified.
