FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to fodder additive for cattle in form of encapsulated fats. Additive represents microcapsules with diameter of no more than 5 mm, in which the alginate is used as the coating, and sunflower oil sludge as the nucleus in ratio (4–2):(6–8) accordingly.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce high-energy product.
