SUBSTANCE: device for simultaneous drilling and securing zones of sloughs and collapses when drilling wells includes a casing string made of a length sufficient to cover the zone of sloughs and collapses, in the form of connected multi-beam longitudinally corrugated pipes, whereas the casing string is equipped with a lower sub at the bottom, and an upper sub at the top, hermetically connected to the upper end of the column configured for detachment, and from the inside by an injection pipe, a sleeve with splines made on its outer surface, inserted for longitudinal movement into the casing in the corrugations of the upper multi-beam pipe, a downhole motor with a bit, a valve configured for communication between the central channel of the device and the internal cavity of multi-beam pipes through channels closed hermetically by a sleeve equipped with a saddle for a throwing ball and configured for limited downward movement with the opening of the channels and fixation in the transport position. The upper sub is made integral with the sleeve and is hermetically inserted configured for longitudinal movement in the cylindrical section of the upper multi-beam pipe. The lower sub is connected from above to the valve with a thread and is equipped with slots on the outer surface for the corrugations of the lower section of the lower multi-beam pipe and is hermetically inserted for longitudinal movement in the cylindrical section of the lower multi-beam pipe. The discharge pipe is connected with the upper part to the upper sub, and the lower part is connected to the upper part of the valve. The valve is configured to re-close the channels communicating the central channel of the device with the internal cavity of the multi-beam pipes, and to open the central channel of the device. Between the bottom sub and the downhole motor with the drill bit, a flaring machine is installed with the ability to flare multi-beam pipes from the bottom up by means of the rotation of the injection pipe with its simultaneous feeding upwards.
EFFECT: reduction in the number of tripping operations when casing the well and eliminating emergency situations associated with removing the device from the well.
