FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology. An incision is made in the right or left iliac region to 10 cm and access is made to a pelvis and a bladder, a sclerosed surrounding tissue is used to isolate the transplant pelvis and is dissected longitudinally to 2 cm, then bladder is mobilized and flap is cut out of its anterolateral wall with formation of upper hood, with width of 2-4 cm and length of 10-12 cm, flap is sutured into tube with interrupted sutures of vicryl 3.0, ends of graft pelvis and formed tube are connected "side-by-side" on internal stent, after 6 weeks internal stent is removed.
EFFECT: method enables achieving the absence of stricture 9 months after the operation, reducing the length of rehabilitation and reducing the medical and economic costs.
