SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to operative urology. Method includes providing access to the abdominal cavity, resection of the cicatricial ureter, creating an isoperistaltic graft from a segment of the small intestine. Separation and dissection of pelvis wall with its subsequent anastomosis with formed enteric graft, with connection of distal end of ileograft with urinary bladder. Pelvis is dissected along the anterior surface. Thereafter, the pelvis with the proximal end of the enteric graft is sutured with interrupted sutures in a clockwise direction. Intestinal segment is placed from above relative to the dissected pelvis, and the first interrupted suture is applied from the side of the mesenteric edge of the ileotransplant with the capture of its serous-muscular layer from the outside to the inside and then from the inside to the outside through all layers of the posterior wall of the resected pelvis at 6 o'clock.

EFFECT: method enables to increase the effectiveness of treatment by reducing the risk of complications in the postoperative period, such as graft ischemia, anastomosis leakage, urine leakage from the anastomosis area, urinary peritonitis, anastomotic stricture, loss of renal function, and ease of implementation of this technique.
