FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to (R)-2-[4-(2-fluorbenzyloxy)benzylamino]propanamid as individual isomer and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, to its or (R)-2-[4-(2-chloro benzyloxy)benzylammino]-N-methylpropanamid as individual isomers or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts (the salts of methansulphonic acid are preferable) for usage in producing of medication with selective modulating activity on sodium and/or calcium channels and for this reason effective in prevention, relieving and treating of pathological processes, including pain, migraine, peripheral diseases, cardio-vascular diseases, inflammatory processes which affect all systems of organism, diseases of skin and adjacent tissues, disorders of respiratory system, immune and endocrinal systems, gastrointestinal, urogenital, metabolic and paroxysmal disorders in which mentioned above mechanisms was described as pathologic.
EFFECT: invention is free of side effect of MAO inhibition, it reduces hepatic toxicity and risk of hypertensive crisis, so on, during treatment of mentioned diseases.
