SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Device comprises a lower partition, a friction wheel drive device, a limiting device, a generator, an accumulator battery, cable entry and dampers, wherein lower partition wall is connected to scraper conveyor scraper bottom part and serves as explosion-proof enclosure; friction wheel drive device comprises a ball, a friction wheel, a drive shaft and a shaft coupling; drive shaft is connected to generator by means of shaft coupling; friction wheel is located on drive shaft and outer edge of friction wheel is in contact with ball surface; limiting device is a ball body, which is connected to the lower partition, and is used to restrict the ball inside the housing of the ball; storage battery is connected to generator, and it is used for storage of electric energy received from generator; Dampers are located on drive shaft. In the present invention, the driven friction wheel moves together with the scraper so that kinetic energy can be collected, and then electric energy can be generated by electromagnetic induction.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of autonomous power supply of scraper conveyor chain monitoring assembly.
