FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of reinforced concrete structures. Invention discloses foldable fixed ATB-formwork of assembly type and method of its production. Non-detachable prefabricated formwork comprises mesh of woven material, FRP (fibro-reinforced plastic) rib cages and multiple moulds. Plurality of moulds are arranged and fixed on woven fabric grid at distance from each other, wherein distance between plurality of moulds is distance that allows shapes to fold at right angle to each other. Each mould is filled with high-strength concrete with fine-grained filler for reinforcement of mesh from woven material, and mesh from woven material represents continuous whole piece without breaks when moulds are assembled into fixed formwork. Mesh from woven material and FRP rib hooks work together, which provides strength and durability of joints; foldable non-detachable prefabricated formwork assembly can be assembled into beams for formwork, formwork for slabs and formwork for columns in compliance with requirements at construction site. Binding capacity of monolithic concrete and formwork can be improved by means of grooves on inner surfaces of the formwork.
EFFECT: formwork can be folded for storage, is flexible in application and versatile, easy to manufacture and easy to use.
