FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: solid concrete low-rise building is constructed from foamed concrete with density D150-D350 (kg/m3) with spherical supports with diametres of 50-450 mcm, which are enveloped with non-porous shells of cellular shape with cell sizes of 30-70 nm and thickness of 75-100 nm. Foamed concrete is enclosed with retained formwork made of rigidly connected cement fibre plates connected to mesh and strip reinforcement which is 75% submerged in foamed concrete and the rest part of which is concreted in foundation and covering with heavy concrete. Surfaces of plates and reinforcement are enveloped with condensed layer up to 3 mm thick which appeared topotactically on the above shells in accordance with Weissenberg effect from foamed concrete with density D650-D1350 with increased adhesion strength to plates and reinforcement 0.05-0.5 MPa, providing the function of load-carrying walls to walls-covers of wafer construction, combined with enclosing and heat-insulating wall-cover at operating load of not less than 30 t/running metre.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the building.
