FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. Device comprises frame (1), transport ladle (2) with teeming tip (21), rotation drive (20) and load lifting beam (15), metalcut consisting of arc-shaped tray (3), changing into horizontal tray (4), connected to storage cup (5), equipped with discharge tap hole (8) for further casting of liquid metal. Frame is equipped with lodgments (16) for arrangement of load lifting bar of ladle. Transport ladle is installed on the frame with its support by the lower part of the crossarm, and the drive of its turn comprises a motor-reducer providing for the possibility of the transport ladle turning with a pour tip towards the arc-shaped tray. Design of the device does not require additional drive mechanisms other than the gear motor available on the transport ladle, and this allows simplifying the design of the claimed device.
EFFECT: reduced metal drop height and elimination of metal sputtering.
