FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be used in a liquid metal pouring device. The device includes a moving platform with an actuator, on the top plate of which a moving plate is installed so that it can slide. A turning mechanism of a steel spout with a turning bowl welded to it is arranged on the moving plate. The turning bowl is made of two vertical posts welded to a cross piece fixed on the steel spout. The moving platform is provided with a supply mechanism to a stationary pouring nozzle of the steel spout with the turning bowl, which contains a rack-and-pinion gear with an actuator. The turning bowl is installed on a shaft that is located so that it can be rotated in a cylinder fixed on the moving plate, which has two rotation stops. Turning bowl and steel spout are made from mullite-corundum ramming compound and a heat-insulating layer.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases lining stability and a spout maintenance zone.
