FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aircraft engines protection means against ingress of foreign objects. Protective device of engine against ingress of foreign objects contains movable lower panel (1) installed in two guides (2) with retainers of air intake housing (3), which is hingedly connected to rod of drive (4) rigidly fixed on air intake housing (2). Lower panel (1) is capable of displacement to relative length of panel extension equal to 0.6 to 0.3, with proportional change of relative height of air intake lower edge from aerodrome surface from 0.8 to 1.25. In the lower panel there are two panels (7) extending simultaneously in a transverse plane along guides (6) by means of power drive (8). Bottom panel (1) comprises cutout (9) with possibility of ingress of vortex cords moving on lower surface of bottom panel (1).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of protective device of engine against ingress of foreign objects in all modes of operation on ground.
