FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to recycling production wastes for use in a cement composition by analyzing the component composition. Method of producing a cement composition comprises analyzing an industrial by-product and one or more additional components to create data on physical and/or chemical properties of industrial production by-product. Concentration of said by-product and one or more additional components is determined based on data to provide a setting composition, having for twenty-four hours destructive compression strength at temperature from 100 °F (38 °C) up to 200 °F (93 °C) about 50 pounds per square inch (0.34 MPa) or more. Ratio of specific surface with water demand by-product of industrial production is determined. Industrial by-product analysis system comprises a plurality of industrial by-products, an analytical apparatus, configured to collect data on byproducts of industrial production, and a computer system. Computer system is configured to receive said data and create relationships for industrial by-products based on said data. System for producing cement compositions comprises a database of a predictive model comprising predictive model data, reactivity maps and initial data, a materials database, computer system and algorithm capable of creating calculated cement compositions. Material database contains a silica source which is a by-product of industrial production. Computer system is configured to query databases and receive input from a user.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of combining waste materials with cement composition.
