CONTROLLING HEAT OF HYDRATION BY DETERMINING CHARACTERISTICS OF BINDING COMPONENTS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C09K8/46 C04B28/00 C04B111/20

Abstract RU 2733765 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to cement compositions used in underground applications, such as repair and construction of wells, sealing high-permeability zones of formation or cracks for installation of cement plug. Method of developing a cement composition for use in underground applications involves: selection of target heat of hydration for target time and temperature; selection of one or more binding agents and weight percent for each of one or more binding materials so that the sum of the heat of hydration of one or more of the binder components is less than or equal to the target heat of hydration; preparing the cement composition and enabling the cement composition to grind. System for producing said cement composition, comprising a plurality of binding components and a computer system configured to receive data from a user, determining technical requirements for the created cement composition, and creating concentrations of binding components for the cement composition, wherein the computer system is configured to create concentration of binding components based on the target heat of hydration, the target time of achieving hydration heat or both.

EFFECT: technical result is providing satisfactory mechanical properties in cement composition when controlling heat released during setting of cement.
