FIELD: cementing of wells.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cementing during construction or repair of wells. Method of cementing a well involves measuring the water demand of solid particles. Dependence of specific surface area of solid particles on need in water is approximated. Water requirement is expressed as the weight ratio of water to solid particles required to obtain a predetermined consistency. Mixer with a certain amount of water is prepared for determination of water demand. Mixing is performed with the specified rate of mixing with addition of solid particles in water till preset consistency is obtained. Water requirement based on weight ratio of water to solid particles is calculated to obtain preset consistency. Said consistence is obtained when the vortex formed on the surface in the mixer has a diameter of about 0 mm to about 50 mm when mixing solid particles and water.
EFFECT: technical result is higher cementing efficiency due to higher accuracy of determining demand for water depending on specific surface of solid particles.
