FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brewing industry. Bees wort hopping method involves adding a first portion of hop with a filtration start and feeding the first wort into a wort boiler, filling 1/3 of the wort total volume, heating of the brewing boiler, wort boiling in the boiler with simultaneous filtration, ending filtration after the boiling hour expiration, further boiling without filtration with addition of a second portion of hop 25 minutes before the end of hopping and the third portion of hop 12 minutes before the end of hopping, wherein the hop is added in 3 portions at ratio of 46:46:45, and total duration of boiling is 1.5 hours with boiler heating activation.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce process of hopped wort production due to combination of filtration and boiling stages with hop.
