FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, solar and wind power engineering and can be used for conversion of wind and solar energy into electric energy. Wind-catching and wind-producing helio-aerodynamic multifunctional device consists of turbine generator 4 installed on upper level of vertical shaft of dome tower 1. Device comprises reinforced concrete reinforcing shell of canopy 1 with radial ribs and inner reinforced concrete armocement dome-shaped screen 3, which are attached to each other in places of ribs of upper and lower level of dome structure by reinforced concrete crosspieces of round cross-section. Reinforced concrete reinforcing cement louvre plates 2 are provided on the shell bottom, which fit in the shape of the shell, attached to each other and with the shell by reinforced concrete crosspieces in the ribs. Ribs, rigidly connecting with support posts 5, create a free space on the lower level of the device above the ground.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficiency of helio-aerodynamic device.
