SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater oil and gas machine building and is intended for installation, fixation and extraction of various tools from underwater well or suspension of tubing. Device for fixation of tool comprises expanding spring ring with possibility of entering into annular groove for it. It is equipped with a guide bush rigidly fixed in the safety sleeve and spacer sleeve, having the possibility of movement along the guide bushing. Power sectors are point-fixed with the help of grooves on expansion spring ring located on outer side of spacer sleeve with possibility of their conical support surfaces interacting with conical profile of annular groove of central channel of tubing suspension. On outer side of spacer there are two cylindrical surfaces of different diameter, connected by conical bridge, and on inner side of spacer there is groove for stopper, located in guide bushing, wherein the stopper is made in the form of a set of balls, a spring-loaded pusher with a thrust cone, which interact with the spacer sleeve groove through the holes in the guide bushing. By means of this combination of elements at simple movement downwards automation of operations on installation, fixation is provided, and at movement upwards removal of fixation and extraction from the central channel of the tubing suspension.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of automatic device for fixation of tool allowing reliable performance of operations in central channel of tubing suspension.
