FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for dynamic control of data collection based on sensors in vehicles. Disclosed versions of invention implementation allow to receive signals associated with vehicle sensors, wherein signals are associated with sampling frequencies, and apply band-pass filters to signals to generate filtered signals. Disclosed embodiments can also detect occurrence of event by comparing filtered signals with one or more event thresholds, and transmit event data to control system when event thresholds are exceeded. Disclosed versions of implementation can also dynamically adjust signals, sampling frequency, band-pass filters, generated event evaluation and event thresholds, based on changes in set of control variables. Control variables may depend on signals associated with a set of vehicle sensors or boundary conditions and signals associated with an external system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing dynamic control of signals received from sensors and their processing.
