SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decontamination and purification of industrial and domestic effluents and waters of swimming pools. Device comprises a chamber with upper and lower electrodes installed in it, chamber is made in the form of L-shaped housing, upper and lower part of housing is made with holes, upper electrode is made in the form of a metal spiral installed outside the housing, and the lower electrode is made in the form of a hollow metal cylinder with holes, installed inside the housing, device is also equipped with air supply hose made with holes and installed inside lower electrode.
EFFECT: technical result of this invention is higher reliability and mobility of device.
