FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention electrochemical cell for treatment of electrolyte solutions, containing located in coaxial tubular electrodes isolated by tubular ceramic partition forming anode and cathode chambers, is provided with additional isolating membrane in upper part of anode chamber, which allows products of anodic treatment to leave the space before anode and prevents penetration of water delivered to the space above membrane. This solution allows to protect materials of collector sleeve, sealants from effect of strong oxidants - products of anodic reaction, as water is supplied via generatrix and moves from inlet to collector sleeve till outlet via spiral absorbing and dissolving bubbles of electrolytic gases and minor quantity of electrolyte which passed isolating membrane.

EFFECT: providing more complete conversion of electrolyte solution, obtaining more products of electrolysis, reducing energy looses.
