FIELD: automation devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of automating a technological process on a sorting hill of a station. System comprises main and backup hardware-software control systems interacting with control devices and actuators of floor-mounted equipment of sorting hump, designed to calculate variable rate of dissolution, control of catcher trailer disengagement, control of trailer movement routes, control of disassembly stroke with control over filling of hive park paths, control of rolling-off rolling speeds, accounting of car accumulation, operational control, including automated control of routes of movement of groups of cars with locomotives on running-out part of sorting hill at shunting permutations between the lines, and display of the dissolution and information exchange with the automated control system of the sorting station, also includes safety controller, providing control transfer from main hardware-software complex to backup complex in case of failure in its operation, module for automated control of shunting movements, interactive microprocessor panel, database server, compressor station control module, module for decision support for operational and maintenance personnel of sorting hill, weather station.

EFFECT: higher processing capacity of grading hill of station due to automation of shunting permutations of cars between the dissolutions.
